    Every project starts with an On-Site Engineering Consultation. During this visit, our experienced team will evaluate your project, offer tailored recommendations, and identify any additional engineering or design services you may need. The consultation fee will be applied as a credit toward future inspection or design services, if pursued.

  • 2. On-Site Visit and Evaluation

    Our team will visit your site to evaluate the project and offer expert recommendations. In many cases, services can be completed during the same visit.

  • 3. Receive a Proposal or Report

    Following the on-site consultation, you may receive a detailed report or a proposal for additional services, such as plan development or beam sizing analysis. Any associated fees will be invoiced prior to the delivery of final documents.

  • 4. Proceed with Your Project

    Once all required services are confirmed, we’ll move forward with the next steps to advance your project.
